UN whistle blower warns about economic destruction program

A United Nations whistle blower has charged that the European Union, in collaboration with the U.N., has implemented a dangerous economic destruction program that is aimed directly at the United States.

The EU and other nations of the world, according to the whistle blower, are actively creating "a new reality" in an effort to dismantle American economic prominence. The U.N., in the view of the whistle blower, is working in tandem to reinvigorate European socialism and eastern European Communism as an alternative to U.S. capitalism and free markets.

Urgent prayers needed

Friend and colleague David Codrea, National Gun Rights Examiner, has collapsed at his home and broken a few ribs. He is now in the hospital for a battery of tests.

David has been struggling with pneumonia of late, but was improving. This is a major setback for him.

Mike Vanderboegh has more details from David's wife, and a plea from David himself. He wants to be left alone so that he can put all of his attention on getting well.

Urgent prayers are needed on David's behalf. I don't think very many people realize how valuable David is in the gun rights and liberty movement, and how beloved he is to many as a friend.

Itzhak Perlman

To my way of thinking the greatest solo violin virtuoso is Itzhak Perlman, and that is saying a lot. Isaac Stern was tremendous. So were lots of others. But Perlman gets my nod as the best ever. He plays flawlessly, and he puts his whole heart in his music as he plays. That is one of the things I like so much about Perlman.

In the vid below you will find all my favorites. Perlman is featured on the violin in Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto Allegro Moderato Parts 1 and 2, and Part 3, which is Allegro vivacissimo. Eugene Ormandy conducts the Philadelphia Orchestra. It doesn't get any better than that.

Sorry for the quality of the videos here, but these are the only ones I could find of this live concert in Philly with Perlman and Ormandy. This is from 1979 or so. Click here if the video below does not work.

What is the story behind the UN's Agenda 21?

Excerpt:
Part of this process involves adopting ominous and dangerous initiatives envisioned by the United Nations. The U.N. has long been a thorn in the side of conservatives with its emphasis on globalism, collectivism, world-wide taxation with no representation for citizens, civilian disarmament, and punishing prosperous nations such as the United States for its "evil" system of capitalism and its "rape of the environment."

None of this the U.N. has been able to justify with the facts. These things are merely propaganda tools to accomplish something else. Part of that "something else" is Agenda 21.

And so, Mr. Martin, who is your favorite composer?

Sometimes people ask me about classical music since I have made it known I am a big fan and have some strong opinions about what cuts the mustard and what doesn't. One question recently had to do with my favorite composer, if any.

Certainly I have my favorites. But I will say I have more than one. The thing about great composers of great music that has lasted for centuries is that they're all good, if not excellent. In terms of quality, depth, complexity, and emotional content, they are all more or less equal. It is a matter of personal preference.

But even there I have several that I prefer. These are in no particular order. I like them all equally. I have to mention Sergei Rachmaninoff as a big favorite of mine because his music bridged the movement from the 19th century Romantic period to the 20th century modern period. This alone makes his work extremely significant. Plus, I just like the sound of it. It is rich, full, emotional, and surprisingly stunning. The music stuns you because you are not expecting it. He has enough of the Romantic that you are taken unaware when he suddenly moves into the modern. To me, this is sheer genius.

And it certainly didn't hurt for Rachmaninoff to choose Eugene Ormandy as his preferred conductor and the Philadelphia Orchestra as the vehicle through which he would introduce this music. Ormandy was known to make suggestions to Rachmaninoff about his new compositions, and it was well-known that Ormandy had been designated a musical genius by his fellows in his native Hungary, having graduated with a Master's Degree in music from the Budapest Conservatory at the young age of 14.

In addition to Rachmaninoff, I love the music of Rimsky-Korsakov, the Russian Romanticist who penned some of the finest music, in my opinion, ever written. His Russian Easter music along with his masterful Sheherazade will simply take your breath away. The same goes for Tchaikovsky, another great Russian composer. And then, of course, I like to listen to Dvorak, Holtz, Wagner, and Strauss.

None of this means I have no regard for the classical icons such as Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Hayden, Brahams, etc. I love them all. But my favorites are listed above.

Speaking of Rachmaninoff, the finest performance of the composer's Piano Concerto 3 was with the great Vladimir Horowitz on piano, with Eugene Ormandy guest conducting the New York Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall. This concert took place in 1978. Ormandy was always in great demand as a guest conductor when his schedule in Philly permitted it. He did some wonderful recordings with the Vienna Philharmonic in Vienna, Austria, the London Symphony in England, the Chicago Symphony, the Boston Symphony, and the New York Philharmonic.

Some critics and other conductors looked down their conceited noses at Ormandy, which I believe was nothing more than professional jealousy. Leonard Bernstein, for example, would criticize Ormandy but would be quick to sign him on to guest conduct the New York Philharmonic.

There was a reason for this. The buying public loved Ormandy and so did most of the critics at the time. Most of his detractors have come along in the years after his death, though they have very little to stand on. Thankfully I have noticed that of late Ormandy's esteem has risen even among many critics. When they actually listen to his music with an open mind, most of them become aware that the music professors who feel they must get in a dig at Ormandy during every lecture have an obvious ax to grind that has nothing to do with the quality of Ormandy's music.

Here, then, is Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 3, with Eugene Ormandy conducting the New York Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall in 1978. The great Vladimir Horowitz is a major hit on the piano, as evidenced by the cheers he and Ormandy received by the New York audience at the end of the concert. Enjoy. When She Loved Me

These are hard times for Americans who are truly concerned about the state of our nation today. Often I am up all night either worrying, or thinking, or attempting to devise ways of making sure our liberties and our Constitution survive the present assault.

When it all gets nearly too much to bear, I turn to my means of respite -- prayer, or Bible study, or music.

Tonight music gets the nod. It clears the soul of pent up emotions. And it can be incredibly sad or incredibly joyful.

Here is one that means a great deal to me. It was first presented as a children's song from Toy Story 2. But the song is profound and is actually about something much deeper, such as love and the loss of love... and hope. Here it is, "When She Loved Me," by the incredible Sarah McLachlan:

'You have no idea how bad it is,' says ex-spook on destruction of US

Excerpt:
Today there is even more disturbing news.

An "ex-spook" as they are known, in other words a retired member of the CIA, stated concerning the effort to destroy the U.S., "You have no idea how bad it is." The enemies of freedom and the Constitution within the country, he said, have now succeeded in putting most of their goals in place. "Think of how far they have come since 2008," he continued, "Most Americans don't even recognize their own country anymore. They feel like foreigners in their own land."

Sources confirm enemies within are close to their goal

Throughout the history of the United States, the enemies of freedom have always been at work to destroy the foundation and fabric of the nation. But now sources have confirmed that not only have these enemies been hard at work to negate the liberties Americans have come to expect, but they are close to reaching their ultimate goal of the total destruction of this Republic as a free nation.

The tactical framework by which the enemies within seek to reach their ultimate goal is multi-pronged.

'We will not comply' movement hits N.J., R.I.

New Jersey and Rhode Island are the latest states in which citizens who value their liberties protected by the Constitution are throwing down the gauntlet to declare to government and law enforcement, "We will not comply."

In a related development, the push to smuggle newly forbidden items into states that have thumbed their noses at the Constitution has been taken to a more intense level.

Conn. gun confiscation: It depends on what the definition of 'is' is

Excerpt:

But one would suppose that whether or not Connecticut is conducting a systematic program of gun confiscation depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is, as former President Bill Clinton so famously quipped in sworn testimony in a court of law in the 1990s when he was asked direct questions about whether or not he told the truth when he claimed repeatedly that he did not have an affair with Monica Lewinsky.

Confiscation does not depend on law enforcement or government officials going door to door to physically remove "forbidden" items.
