BREAKING...MAN WHO ISSUED DEATH THREAT TO TUCSON TEA PARTY HAS QUESTIONABLE BACKGROUND

Information has come to our attention on one 'James Eric Fuller,' who issued a death threat at the Tucson Tea Party meeting this past Saturday.

Apparently the man changed his name in 1997.  His previous name indicates he is a convicted sexual offender.

Are the 2 one and the same?
